About Our Company
Smart Senior Living assists seniors and their families find the most suitable housing and care available. We are able to provide free referral service to seniors and their families as we receive return of our services from the different communities we work with. Our information and referral services include: Independent and Assisted Living communities; Residential Care Homes (RCFE, Board and Care); Alzheimer’s / Dementia Care; In-Home Care; and Respite Care or Short Term Stays.
What We Offer:
- We provide service seven (7) days a week.
- We make our client the priority in everything we do.
- We keep a good list of care providers that we inspect and evaluate to help us identify which among them can service best our client’s needs and best matches the family’s preferences.

- We provide unlimited consultations at no cost to seniors and their families.

Our History
Smart Senior Living was founded by Ivy Marcos. Ivy graduated with a B.S. in Medical Technology, licensed as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist by the California Department of Health Services. Ivy has over twelve (12) years of experience in the healthcare industry. Relentless of her endless pursuit of learning and quest for fulfillment, Ivy found the senior community. Ivy managed a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly as a certified Administrator for years and found tremendous joy serving the seniors. Seeking continuous growth, she worked as a Consultant for seniors with a company providing Information and Referrals to seniors and families throughout Southern California. Ivy later realized the need of a company that would find solutions not only to the needs of the seniors and families, but also, to meet the needs of the people that are involved in the care of the elderly. Smart Senior Living was created to offer the highest quality of service in this field through her collections of experiences, values learned, and a committed team with same vision dedicated to serve.

Smart Senior Living is created with the purpose of guiding and helping the seniors and their families find the right solution as they explore their options of senior living. Through our innovative information and referral services, we provide families with information, information that turns into knowledge and provides useful insights which enable our clients to identify what is best for them and make the right decision that improves their quality of life.
